We had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location in the tranquil valley was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel had a beautiful internal garden where we enjoyed relaxing and soaking in the peaceful ambiance. The service was top-notch, with room service and grocery shopping services available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel offered a shuttle service, including a free shuttle from the airport, which made our transportation hassle-free. The welcome drink added a nice touch to our arrival experience. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and a terrace overlooking the garden. The soundproofed rooms ensured a restful sleep, and the garden furniture on the terrace provided a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The cozy rustic style and the attention to detail were the best aspects of the hotel. We enjoyed the homemade products like honey and marmalade that were available for purchase. The hotel's location in the valley was exceptional, offering a beautiful view. We also appreciated the short walking distance to nearby restaurants.
The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. , there was quite a bit of street noise that could be heard from inside the hotel.

The room was very outdated and lacked attention to detail. the furniture and bed were not comfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel offered great facilities, like a fully equipped apartment and a sauna. The breakfast was amazing with homemade products. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants, and the internal garden provided a safe area for our daughter to play.
